Before a client engages with us. The client has to call in or email us for a few questions between both parties before  we then decide if to have an online or in-person appointment to discuss in detail the needs of the client. All meetings are appointment based.

For our supervision package an engineer would be assigned to your particular project to ensure the successful delivery whiles allowing the client to also be hands-on the project. Our Consultancy service is when we project manage all the happenings on-site as well as keeping all records and receipts for the ease of our client. Consultancy means the team assigned would handle all the happening on-site except making payments, which for that is reserved for the client.
An engineer is assigned to a site to ensure that regulations and quality control is handled by an expert. The engineer is responsible for making sure that the architectural plans are followed and all subs are up to the construction timeline. Relieving you the client the need to worry about the structural integrity and quality control of your project. Whiles still allowing you (client) to have a hands-on experience seeing your project come to live.

Project supervision investment between 5% and 10% of project build cost for delivering project from inception to completion whiles Project contractor investment is quoted between 15% to 25% of build cost for delivering full scope construction and project management from inception to completion.
