Before a client engages with us. The client has to call in or email us for a few questions between both parties before we then decide if to have an online or in-person appointment to discuss in detail the needs of the client. All meetings are appointment based.

Projects designed and engineered by the company are insured, and the company provides protection to clients from any liability. However, specific terms and conditions apply. Clients are advised to be well informed and sign the necessary documentation to ensure this guarantee is valid.
What is your quote for a full design service?
Our design service investment to our clients typically ranges from 1% to 5% of the estimated project build cost, which is highly competitive considering our detailed full architectural and engineering services.

Why do I need an engineer, site manager on my project?
A project manager, project engineer with their skills and their background in engineering to oversee sub-contractors and vendors, while also identifying solutions to problems. On-site engineers also work with clients and suppliers to ensure they have all the necessary resources to complete the project.
